Agreement to these terms

By ordering, activating or using a Marinios IPTV subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a contract between you and [YOUR REGISTERED NAME], [YOUR ADDRESS].

What the service is

We provide access to a streaming service delivered over the internet, together with the login details needed to use it in a compatible player application. We do not sell hardware, and we do not provide the internet connection required to use the service.

Player applications such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player and VLC are made by third parties. Any fee those developers charge is separate from your subscription with us, and their terms govern your use of their software.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm that your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live.

Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and are paid in advance, in full.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change; the price you paid applies for the period you bought.
• Your subscription starts when your line is activated, not when you first watch.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To continue, you contact us and pay for a new period.
• You are responsible for any bank, transfer or currency fees charged by your payment method.

Simultaneous connections

Each plan allows a set number of streams playing at the same time, shown when you order. You may install the app on as many devices as you like, but exceeding the simultaneous limit will log out another device.

Sharing, reselling or publishing your login details is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund. Additional connections can be purchased at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense or publish your credentials, unless you hold an approved reseller account;
• record, rebroadcast, restream or redistribute any content received through the service;
• attempt to access our servers, panel or infrastructure without authorisation, or to probe, scan or overload them;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or third-party right;
• misrepresent yourself as us or as an authorised reseller.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Streams depend on your internet connection, your device, your ISP and upstream sources, some of which are outside our control.

Individual channels may change, move or become temporarily unavailable. Where possible we restore or replace them. Planned maintenance is kept short and, when practical, announced in advance.

Support

Support is provided over WhatsApp and email, generally within minutes on WhatsApp. We will help with installation, configuration and troubleshooting on supported devices. We cannot fix problems caused by your internet connection, your hardware or third-party software, though we will always try to identify the cause.

Trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, once per customer or household, so that you can test quality and stability before buying. Trials may be limited in duration or content and may be withdrawn or refused, in particular where we detect repeated trial requests.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; because subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period, stopping early does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you breach these terms, in particular the acceptable-use and connection-sharing rules, if payment is reversed or disputed after activation, or if we are legally required to do so.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

We do not claim ownership of, or rights in, any third-party trademarks, channel names, or programme titles mentioned on this website. They are named only to describe compatibility and are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order applies to that order. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
