Answer first, sell second
Plenty of questions arrive that end with us saying “this won’t work well on your connection.” We’d rather lose the sale than gain a refund and a bad review.
Marinios IPTV exists because most services in this market sell you a login and then vanish. We wanted to find out what happens when someone actually picks up the phone.
Anyone can resell a stream. The hard part is the Tuesday night when the match is on and the channel freezes.
That’s the moment that decides whether a customer stays. We started Marinios IPTV after watching too many people pay for a year, lose access in month two, and get nothing back but silence. The technology in this market is largely the same everywhere — what differs is whether anyone is on the other end when it breaks.
So we built the business around that. Load-balanced servers with backup sources on the channels people actually watch. A support line that runs all night, because that’s when someone is finally sitting down to set up their new Fire Stick. And a rule we don’t bend: if a customer can’t get it working, we get on WhatsApp and do it with them, step by step, until the picture is on the screen.
We’re a small operation, and that’s deliberate. It means the person answering your message is the same person who knows the servers, not a call centre reading a script. It also means we can say no — if your connection can’t handle 4K, we’ll tell you before you pay, not after.
What we promise is simple: the channels work, the price doesn’t move, and a human answers. Everything else on this website is detail.
These aren’t marketing lines — they’re the decisions we make when a situation is inconvenient.

When a channel breaks, the useful answer isn’t a paragraph about upstream providers. It’s the channel working again.
The price on the page is the price you pay, for the whole period, with nothing added at checkout and nothing charged silently later.
Half our customers have never used IPTV before. They get the same patience whether it’s their first app install or their fourth year with us.
We’re not a broadcaster and we don’t produce television. We’re not the cheapest service you’ll find — there is always someone selling a year for the price of a coffee, and there’s usually a reason that line disappears by spring.
We also won’t promise you every channel on earth in 4K on a 5 Mbps connection. If what you want isn’t something we can deliver well, we’ll say so, and you’ll keep your money.
If that sounds like the kind of service you’ve been looking for, take the free trial and judge it on your own screen. That’s the only test that matters.
Questions before you buy? That’s exactly what the chat is for.
