Step by step
Choose Your Device
Every device follows the same idea: install a player app, then sign in with the details we send you.
Fire Stick

Allow app installs
On your Fire Stick go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Install unknown apps (older devices call it Apps from Unknown Sources). If Developer Options is hidden, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click Fire TV Stick seven times.

Install Downloader
Go to the search icon, type Downloader, and install the orange app by AFTVnews. Open it once and allow storage access. Go back to Developer Options and enable unknown apps for Downloader.

Get the player app
In Downloader, type the download link we send you with your subscription and press Go. When it finishes, choose Install, then Done, then Delete to free space.

Log in
Open the player, pick Login with Xtream Codes API, and enter the username, password and server URL from your activation message. Give it a minute to load the channel list.

Start watching
Channels, movies and series appear in separate sections. Press and hold the remote’s centre button on any channel to add it to favourites.

Open your TV’s app store
On Samsung open Samsung Apps, on LG open the LG Content Store. Your TV needs to be connected to the internet.

Install an IPTV player
Search for and install one of: IBO Player, Smart IPTV, Duplex IPTV or Net IPTV. Any of them works — pick whichever your TV offers.

Note your MAC address
Open the app. It shows a MAC address and sometimes a device key on screen — something like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. Write it down or take a photo.

Send us the MAC
Message that MAC address to us on WhatsApp. We upload your playlist to it, which usually takes a few minutes.

Reopen the app
Close the app fully and open it again. Your channels will be there. If the screen is still empty, wait five minutes and reopen once more.

Open the Play Store
From the home screen open Google Play Store and search for IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate. TiviMate has the nicer TV guide; Smarters is simpler.

Install and open
Install the app, then open it and accept the permissions it asks for.

Add your account
Choose Xtream Codes API (TiviMate calls it Add playlist → Xtream Codes) and enter the username, password and server URL we sent you.

Give it a minute to download the channel list and TV guide, then start watching.

Install the player
Open the App Store and install IPTV Smarters Player or GSE Smart IPTV. Both are free.

Add your subscription
Open the app and choose Xtream Codes API (in GSE it is Remote Playlists → Add → Xtream Codes), then enter your username, password and server URL.

Allow local network
If iOS asks for local network permission, allow it — otherwise streams can fail on WiFi.

Pick a player
The easiest option is VLC Media Player (free, works on both). For a TV-style interface use IPTV Smarters for desktop.

Open the playlist
In VLC go to Media → Open Network Stream, paste the M3U link we sent you, and press Play. The channel list opens in the playlist panel (Ctrl+L).

Or use Smarters
In IPTV Smarters choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter username, password and server URL instead of the M3U link.
MAG & Enigma2

Send us your MAC
On a MAG box the MAC address is printed on the sticker underneath, and also under Settings → System Settings → About. Send it to us on WhatsApp so we can authorise it.

Enter the portal
Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals. In Portal 1 name type Marinios, and in Portal 1 URL paste the portal address we sent you.

Reboot the box
Save, then restart the box. It will load the portal and your channels automatically.

For Zgemma, Formuler and similar, message us — we send you the line to add over SSH or a ready-made bouquet file.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues & Fixes
Solutions to the problems people actually run into — each one takes a minute.
Buffering or freezing
Run a speed test on the same device: 15 Mbps for Full HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Use an Ethernet cable or the 5 GHz WiFi band instead of 2.4 GHz, close other apps, and restart the router. If your provider slows streaming at night, a VPN usually restores full speed.
The app keeps crashing
Close the app fully and reopen it. Clear the app cache in your device settings, then uninstall and reinstall it. Check the device has free storage and is running the latest system update — old firmware is the usual cause on Fire Stick and Android boxes.
Black screen on a channel
That single stream may be down for a moment. Switch to another channel and come back. If many channels do it, restart the app, then the device. Still black? Send us the channel name and we will fix the source.
Channels are not loading
Retype your server URL, username and password rather than copying them — a stray space or a capital letter breaks the login. Confirm your subscription is still active, then remove the account in the app and add it again.
The TV guide is empty
In IPTV Smarters go to Settings → EPG → Update EPG; in TiviMate use Settings → EPG → Update. Give it five to ten minutes to download fully, and check your device clock is on the right time zone — a wrong zone shifts the whole guide.
Login details rejected
Copy the details exactly as we sent them, with no missing character or extra space. If it still refuses, message us — we check the account on our side and re-issue your line in a couple of minutes.

Login types
What Those Details Mean
You’ll get one of these three after subscribing. Use whichever matches your app.
Xtream Codes API
The most common option and the easiest to type. Three fields: username, password and server URL. It gives you live TV, movies, series and the TV guide in separate sections.
Username · Password · http://server:portM3U link
A single long web address that contains everything. Best for VLC and for apps that only accept a playlist URL. Paste it exactly as sent — one missing character breaks it.

Used by MAG boxes and most Smart TV apps. You send us the device’s MAC address, we link your subscription to it, and the box loads everything by itself.

Get the Most Out of It
Six things worth doing once the channels are loading.
Add favourites
Hold the OK button (or long-press) on a channel to add it to a favourites list, so you’re not scrolling 25,000 channels every night.
Turn on the TV guide
In the app settings enable EPG and set your country’s time zone — the guide then shows what’s on now and next.
Watch on more screens
Your plan allows a set number of streams at the same time. Watching on more devices than that logs one of them out — ask us to add connections if you need more.
Keep the app updated
When a player app updates, log in again with the same details. Nothing is lost; the subscription lives on our server, not in the app.
Parental lock
Most players let you PIN-protect adult categories. Set it before handing the remote to the kids.
If your ISP throttles
Some providers slow streaming at peak hours. A VPN on the device (or on the router) usually restores full speed.
